앱 또는 웹에서 직접 삭제

1. sero-ai.xyz 또는 Sero 앱에 로그인
2. 마이 탭 → 우측 상단 더보기(☰) → 계정 설정
3. 맨 아래 계정 탈퇴 → 확인

삭제되는 데이터

탈퇴 즉시 아래 데이터가 영구 삭제되며 복구할 수 없습니다.

1. 계정 정보(아이디, 닉네임, 프로필·커버 이미지, 소개, 생년월일, 성별)
2. 제작한 작품·캐릭터·로어북·페르소나 및 업로드한 모든 이미지
3. 대화 내용(채팅 기록) 및 기억·요약 데이터
4. 팔로우 관계, 보유 재화(레이), 알림

보관되는 데이터

1. 결제·거래 기록(인앱결제 거래 식별자·지급 내역): 전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률에 따라 5년 보관 후 파기
2. 탈퇴한 소셜 계정 식별자(카카오/구글/애플 provider ID): 재가입 어뷰징 방지 목적의 최소 식별값만 보관(그 외 개인정보 없음)

직접 삭제가 어려운 경우 가입 아이디를 적어 unik.sero.ai@gmail.com 으로 요청하시면 확인 후 처리해 드립니다.

Delete your Sero account (English)

This page applies to the Sero app. Steps: sign in at sero-ai.xyz or in the Sero app → My tab → menu (☰) → 계정 설정 (Account settings) → 계정 탈퇴 (Delete account). Deletion is immediate and permanent — the following data is erased: account info (username, nickname, profile images, birthdate, gender), created stories/characters/lorebooks/personas and uploaded images, chat history and memory data, follows, in-app currency, and notifications. Retained data: payment/transaction records are kept for 5 years as required by the Korean e-commerce law, and a minimal social-login identifier is kept to prevent re-signup abuse. You can also request deletion by emailing unik.sero.ai@gmail.com with your username.
